SOL Global Community
The Society for Organisational Learning (Australia), in the spirit of SoL International, is part of a global learning community. Originally, SoL was formed in April 1997 to continue the work of MIT's Center for Organizational Learning (1991 - 1997). SoL was created to connect corporations and organisations, researchers and consultants to generate knowledge about and capacity for fundamental innovation and change by engaging in collaborative action inquiry projects. At present there are 40 fractals globally spanning from Austria to Mexico to India, Israel, China, and Venezuela.
There is a strong desire to continue to develop SoL as a global, enabling network where dialogue, research, collaborative action, and learning around such issues takes place at many levels, and continues to include global corporations and global non-for-profit institutions; local enterprises; governments; and interested researchers and consultants.
