IIM - SolAustralia Special Interest Group Membership Terms and Conditions
Annual membership fee
Annual membership fees are due on joining the Institute For Information Management’s Organisational Learning Australia Special Interest Group and thereafter by 31 July of the year following joining.

Individual membership
The individual annual membership fee is $A200. If joining solA after September, the fee is a pro-rata amount based on the number of full quarters remaining in the year of I July to 30 June.
Corporate membership
Membership of the Organisational Learning Australia Special Interest Group is open to organisations; companies & government departments. The standard Corporate membership provides for 5 nominees. Additional nominees will be charged at an extra cost. Please contact the Secretariat on (03)95363116.
The current Corporate Membership fee is $A975-
Corporate members can change the nominee details simply by contacting the Secretariat admin@solaustralia.org.

Notification of membership dues
IIM will endeavour, where possible, to advise members in advance of when membership fees are due. However, it is the sole responsibility of the member, in the absence of any such notice, to ensure that their membership is current.
Non-payment of membership fee
Failure to pay the membership fee will result in membership being lapsed.
Cancellation/refund policy
IIM does not provide refunds on membership fees.
Transfer of membership
IIM Individual membership are non-transferable.
Corporate accounts may transfer membership by advising the Secretariat at iim@iim.org.au
Costs incurred by solA in processing membership fees
Unexpected costs incurred by solA in the processing of a membership fee will be charged back to the member. Such costs include, but are not limited to, bounced cheques fees and related bank charges.
